Product description
High-quality and gel-like (construction) construction adhesive based on polyurethane.
For fast, waterproof and rock-solid bonding of building constructions and
-and joints with high demands. Suitable for almost all
(building) materials.
Field of application
Waterproof and temperature-resistant bonding of building constructions and
-joints meeting high requirements. Suitable for most
building materials such as stone, hard, soft and exotic wood, concrete
marble, rubber, metals, various plastics and PU and PS rigid foams, e.g. for
partition walls, facade panelling, roof boards, cable ducts, cover profiles
ladders, Formica, plasterboards, aerated concrete blocks. The gel-like (tixotropic)
quality is ideal for vertical joints. Not suitable for bonding
of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), P.T.F.E. and nylon (PA).

Preparation
Processing conditions: Only process if the temperature
of the working area, adhesive and materials to be bonded is not lower than +5°C.
The wood moisture content must be between 10% - 18% (max. 25%).
Personal protection: Wearing rubber or plastic gloves is recommended.

Surface requirements: The parts to be glued must be clean, dust-free and well
fit. Roughen non-porous materials. Moisten the side to which no
adhesive has been applied with a damp cloth.

Consumption: 5-6 m²/kg
Instructions for use:
Apply the adhesive thinly and evenly on one side using the cartridge gun. If necessary
Further spread using fine-toothed notched trowel (1 mm), brush or roller.
Mount joint within 6 minutes and press or clamp for at least 1 hour.
The required pressing pressure is 2-5 kg/cm².

Pressing time: 15 minutes
Open time: 2 minutes
Stains/Residue: Remove wet adhesive residues immediately with 'Thinner for
Bison Kit®'. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
Drying times*
Drying/curing time: approx. 4 hours at 20°C
* Drying times may vary depending on, among other things, substrate, applied quantity of product,
moisture content and ambient temperature.
Storage conditions
Minimum 12 months after production. Opened packaging has a limited
shelf life. Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry place at a
temperature between +10°C and +20°C.
