Information
Product description
Transparent and very strong HOT MELT glue sticks blistercard with a
diameter of 11 mm for DIY jobs, repairing, fastening, sealing
and insulation.
Ideally usable/processable in BISON GLUE GUN SUPER HOT MELT, but also
suitable for all commercially available hot melt glue guns with Ø 11mm
glue sticks.
Area of application
Glues many porous and non-porous materials in seconds, such as wood, various
plastics, dried flowers, shoes, textiles, cardboard, tiles, ceramics, glass, etc.
both among themselves and in combination. Also suitable for quick and
good repair of carpets, rugs, bookbinding, shoe soles, heels and
many other jobs. Extremely versatile. Especially for Professional and
DIYer. Not suitable for large surfaces, Polyethylene (PE) and
Polypropylene (PP) and P.T.F.E. Do not use for load-bearing parts, parts which are
constantly under tension or on heat-sensitive materials.

Preparation
Processing conditions: Do not process at temperatures below
+5°C.
Surface requirements: The materials to be bonded must be thoroughly clean, dry,
dust- and grease-free.
Pre-treatment surfaces: The surface to be glued may need to be slightly
if necessary, slightly roughen the surface to be bonded.
Tools: Bison Glue Gun Super.
Processing
Instructions for use:
Place the gun on the support bracket. Insert the plug into the socket. Place
then insert a glue cartridge into the glue gun and let the gun warm up for 5
minutes to warm up. Squeeze the trigger to feed the glue cartridge through the glue gun
through, with liquid glue coming out of the gun nozzle. If due to
use the glue cartridge has shortened, insert a new one in time.
glue cartridge in the glue gun in good time, in order to prevent overheating and damage to the
glue gun. If the glue gun is not used for a longer period of time (half an hour)
is not used, remove the plug from the socket. The liquid
glue pointwise or striped onto one of the surfaces to be glued;
then place both surfaces directly against each other and press. The
joint is secured within seconds.
Open time: 15-20 seconds
Stains/Residue: Remove dry adhesive stains mechanically.
Points of attention: Never pull the glue cartridges out of the glue gun, the
mechanism may be damaged.
