Product description
Seamless, liquid, THF-free hard PVC adhesive.
Field of application
For bonding pipes, sleeves and fittings with tight fits in
drainage systems. Suitable for diameters ≤ 160 mm. Maximum tolerance 0.3
mm gap fitting / 0.2 mm press fit. Suitable for e.g. pipe systems
in accordance with EN1329, 1453 and 1455.

Approvals/Standards
Approvals: CE: Adhesive for non-pressure thermoplastic piping systems in
installations for the transport/disposal/storage of water (EN 14680).
KOMO: Adhesives for joints in unplasticised indoor sewer systems.
PVC. Certificate K4395 based on BRL 5221 (EN 14680).

Preparation
Processing conditions: Do not process at temperatures ≤ +5°C.
Processing
Consumption: Indication of number of adhesive joints per 1 L.
Instructions for use:
1. Cut pipes squarely, chamfer and deburr. 2. Glue surfaces
clean with acetone and a clean, lint-free cloth. 3. Apply adhesive quickly and
evenly all round (4-6x) on both bonding surfaces (pipe thick, sleeve
thin). 4. Mount the joint immediately. Connection can be adjusted for some time.
Remove excess adhesive. Do not mechanically stress the joint for the first 10 minutes.

Stains/Residue: Remove glue stains with acetone and a clean, non
lint-free cloth.
Storage conditions
Minimum shelf life of 24 months if stored in tightly closed
packaging in a dry place, at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
Opened packaging has a limited shelf life.
Warranty
Only on manufacturing faults.
