Superfast, very strong and transparent 2-component epoxy adhesive.
Scope
Super fast, transparent 2-component epoxy adhesive. Not suitable for
Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), P.T.F.E. and silicone rubber.

Preparation
Processing conditions: Only process at temperatures
between +5°C and +25°C. Product cures by mixing resin and
hardener.
Personal protection: Preferably wear gloves.
Surface requirements: The materials to be bonded must be thoroughly dry, clean,
dust and grease free.
Pre-treatment surfaces: Degrease parts to be glued with acetone.
Roughen smooth materials (sandpaper).
Tools: Mix the components in the double syringe using the
mixing tray and spatula.

Processing
Mixing ratio: 1:1
Consumption: Due to the very fast curing time only suitable for small
bonds that can be bonded within 90 seconds. Consumption: for
1 ml = approx. 1 cm² at a layer thickness of 1 mm.
Instructions for use:
Remove the spatula from the side of the double syringe and the sealing cap
from the handle. Break the seal of the double syringe. Spray both
components in equal volume amounts in the mixing tray. Mix
then mix the adhesive well for approx. 30 seconds with the supplied
spatula until a homogeneous mass is formed. The mixture is, at
room temperature (20°C), the mixture can be applied for approx. 90 seconds. Apply the adhesive immediately
immediately after mixing on both parts. Join parts immediately and
press firmly. Hold in place for at least 10 minutes. During curing
do not move any further. The joint is hand-tight after approx. 10 minutes. Complete
curing after approx. 1-2 hours (at 20°C).
Potlife: 90 seconds
Stains/Residue: Remove wet stains immediately with warm water and soap.
Cured adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
Tips: There are types of plastic you cannot glue, such as polyethylene and
polypropylene. You can test this by holding a glowing copper wire against the
plastic. Does it smell like candle wax? Then you can't glue it.
Use a piece of adhesive tape to keep the parts in place during the
hardening of the glue.
Points of attention: Close tightly after use (Note: always replace the cap
(Note: always replace the cap in the same way, due to glueing of the cap to the double syringe).
For optimum performance, it is important to prepare a large quantity of
glue and mix very well. The curing time depends on the
temperature. Adhesive does not cure below +5°C.

Drying times*
Hand-holding time: approx. 10 minutes
Drying/curing time: approx. 1 hour. At lower temperatures the
curing takes longer, at higher temperatures it is faster.
