Product description
Transparent, strong, solvent-free assembly adhesive based on acrylic dispersion. For invisible, rock-solid fixing of wood, plastic, metal, stone, plaster, tiles and polystyrene foam on porous substrates such as concrete, stone, plaster, wood and chipboard. Permanently elastic and filling. Nails and screws unnecessary.
Area of application
Ideal for mounting all kinds of (construction) materials such as wood, stone, concrete, metal, many plastics, gypsum and polystyrene foam on porous (absorbent) substrates such as concrete, stone, plaster, wood and chipboard.
Highly suitable for fixing battens, skirting boards, thresholds, window sills, panelling, panelling, skirting boards, finishing battens, cable ducts, nameplates, house numbers, wall cladding panels, panels, sills, ceramic tiles, sockets and electricity boxes.
Also very suitable for decorative materials, such as ornaments and decorative mouldings in plaster/polystyrene/polyurethane, nameplates, hanging hooks. Also highly suitable for surface bonding. Not suitable for fixing a non-porous material to a non-porous substrate. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, bitumen, mirrors, natural stone and on permanently damp areas.

PrePreparation
Processing conditions: Only process at temperatures above +5°C.
requirements surfaces: Both parts must be firm, dry, clean and free of dust and grease. One of both parts must be porous (absorbent).
Tools: Use a rubber hammer for tapping if necessary.
Processing
Consumption: Wall covering boards and panels: approx. 5 - 8 m2/kg depending on the weight of the material. Battens, skirting boards and battens: approx. 4 - 6 m2/kg bonded surface.
instructions for use:
Apply adhesive evenly in dots or streaks every 20 - 30 cm, depending on the weight of the material. Always apply adhesive to corners and along edges. For surface bonding, apply adhesive thinly and evenly on one side with a notched trowel. Mount materials immediately with a sliding movement and press or tap firmly. Corrections are still possible. For heavy materials, fix or support as necessary.
Stains/residues: Use water for cleaning tools and
remove wet glue residues. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
tips: We recommend Bison Montagekit Original for fixing materials under tension.
We recommend Bison Poly Max® for fixing a non-porous material on a non-porous substrate.
We recommend Bison Poly Max® for fixing materials in places with permanently high humidity and/or long-term contact with water.
For fixing natural stone, we recommend Bison Poly Max®. points of attention: The sealant is white when it comes out of the packaging

Final strength after: approx. 24 hours
Storage conditions
Minimum 24 months after production. Opened packaging has a limited
shelf life. Store tightly closed in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
