Information
Product description
Extra strong, universal, filling assembly adhesive based on neoprene rubber.
For easy and rock-solid fixing of wood, plastic, metal,
stone, plaster and tiles on all kinds of substrates such as concrete, stone, plaster,
wood, chipboard, metal and plastic. Can be used both indoors and outdoors and
suitable for fixing materials under tension. Permanently elastic.
Nails and screws superfluous
Area of application
Suitable for mounting all kinds of (building) materials such as wood, stone
concrete, metal and many plastics on practically any substrate of stone
concrete, wood, metal, plastic, plaster, plasterboard, etc. Also suitable
for fixing two non-porous materials and fixing
materials under tension.
Very suitable for fixing e.g. battens, skirting boards, thresholds,
panelling (wood/plastic), panelling, window sills, ceramic
tiles, sheet material, plasterboard, finishing battens, wall cladding boards
panels, insulation material, soft- and hardboard boards, panels, sills
nameplates, house numbers, hooks, cable trays, sockets and
electrical boxes. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen, polystyrene foam,
mirrors, natural stone and in permanently damp places. When bonding plastic
always carry out an adhesion test first. The adhesion on plastic
can vary depending on the type and quality of the plastic.
plastic.

Preparation
Processing conditions: Only process at temperatures
between +5°C and +40°C.
Surface requirements: Both parts must be firm, dry, clean and dust- and
and grease free.
Tools: Canister with sealant gun (e.g. Bison Power Pistol).
Processing. If necessary, use a rubber hammer to tap.
Processing
Consumption: Wall cladding boards and panels: approx. 5 - 8 m²/kg depending on the weight of the material.
the weight of the material. Battens, skirting and battens: approx. 4 - 6 m²/kg
bonded surface.
Instructions for use:
Before use, open the tube at the top by opening the plastic nipple above
the thread, using a sharp knife. Then attach the nozzle
and cut it at an angle to the desired diameter. Glue evenly,
depending on the weight of the material, every 20 to 40 cm in vertical
stripes or dots. Always apply adhesive to corners and along
edges. Assemble materials directly with a sliding movement and firmly
pressing or tapping. Correcting is still possible.
Only with heavy materials, materials under tension or with two non-porous
materials, materials under tension or in the case of two non-porous materials, use the "Fixed-Loose-Fixed" method. Mount the material, press
and remove immediately. Allow to dry for 5 minutes, fit in the same place and
firmly press or tap. Correcting is not possible. With heavy materials
fix or support if necessary.
Stains/Residue: Use white spirit for cleaning tools and
removing wet glue residues. Dried adhesive residues can only be
mechanically.
Tips: We recommend Bison Montage Kit Direct Grip for fixing
polystyrene foam (Styrofoam - tempex).
We recommend Bison Poly Max® for fixing a non-porous
material on a non-porous substrate.
We recommend Bison Poly Max® for fixing materials in places
with a permanently high humidity level and/or long-term contact with
water.
Drying times*
Hand-holding time: approx. Adheres immediately with fixed-lock method
Final strength after: approx. 48 hours
* Drying times may vary depending on, among other things, substrate, applied quantity of product,
moisture content and ambient temperature.
