Polystyrene foam adhesive for insulation boards and foils, decorative boards, ceiling tiles, also for wall coverings with vinyl and PVC backing.

Glues insulation boards, decorative boards, ceiling tiles and foils (tempex, styropor, climatapis, depron, roofmate, styrodur and isomo) on porous substrates such as wood, chipboard, battening, concrete, stone and plaster.

PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen, mirrors, natural stone, permanently damp places and fixing a non-porous material on a non-porous substrate. When bonding plastics, always carry out an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastic may vary depending on the type of plastic and the quality of the plastic.

Processing conditions: Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Surface requirements: Both parts must be firm, dry, clean and free of dust and grease. One of both parts must be porous (absorbent).
Pre-treatment surfaces: If the substrate is not well level, sand first. Highly absorbent substrates must first be treated with diluted adhesive (add approx. 20% wate).
Tools: Apply with putty knife or spatula. If necessary, use a rubber hammer for tapping. For surface bonding use a glue comb (2 mm).

Consumption: 2.5-3.5 m2/kg, depending on the nature of the substrate.
Instructions for use:
On the four corners and in the middle of the tile or slab, apply dabs of adhesive (3-4 cm diameter). For tiles and slabs larger than 40 x 40 cm and/or thicker than 1 cm, apply more dabs of adhesive. The distance between the dabs of adhesive should be approx. 30 cm. Then immediately fix the slab or tile in the right place with a shifting motion and rub firmly by hand.
Stains/Residue: Use water to clean tools and remove wet adhesive residues. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
