Information
Product description
Universal polyurethane foam with high expansion capability. Can
used indoors and outdoors.
Field of application
For fast and easy sealing, insulating and filling larger seams
joints and cracks against heat loss, cold, draughts, noise and moisture. Adheres
to many building materials such as wood, concrete, stone, masonry, plaster,
metals, glass and many plastics, such as polyester, polystyrene foam
(tempex), PVC and rigid polyurethane foam. No adhesion to polyethylene,
silicones and P.T.F.E.

Preparation
Processing conditions: Only process at temperatures
between +5°C and +40°C.
Personal protection: During application wear gloves and
work clothing. Also ensure adequate ventilation.
Pre-treatment surfaces: Thoroughly dust and grease the surface.

Processing
Consumption: 500 ml / 20-25 litres of foam.
Instructions for use:
Shake the can well before each use (10-20 times). During spraying
hold the can upside down. Fill the joint or space by approx. 50%, as the
foam expands further during curing. For filling large volumes
apply the foam in layers and allow to foam up completely. Between
moisten again between each layer. After curing, the foam can be cut
drill and paint and possibly plaster.
Stains/Residue: Remove wet stains immediately with acetone. Cured
stains can only be removed mechanically.
Points of attention: Bison Pur foam has a strong expanding capacity.
To prevent deformation of materials, fix them if necessary.
Drying times*
Skin formation time: approx. 10 minutes.
Drying/curing time: approx. 1.5 hours (at a bead of 30 mm and a
temperature of 20°C and 60% RH)
* Drying times may vary depending on e.g. substrate, applied quantity of product,
moisture content and ambient temperature.
Storage conditions
Minimum 18 months after production. Opened packaging has a very limited
shelf life. Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry place at a
temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
Warranty
Only for manufacturing defects.
Right of return
You have a trial period of 14 days. If the product is not to your satisfaction, you can return it to us. The product can only be returned if the outer packaging (seal) is closed.
