Area of application
Suitable for sealing, protecting and repairing almost all materials
such as wood, concrete, stone, metal, zinc, bitumen, EPDM (pre-testing),
PVC, etc. Even good adhesion to PP/PE. Suitable for both indoor and
outdoor applications; such as bathrooms, roofs, basements, walls and gardens.
For waterproofing shower gutters, bilge seams, gutters,
pipe penetrations, frame and skylight connections, ground level details, etc. Also
suitable as an anti-slip underlay, metal and wood protection (e.g.
garden posts) and coating

Preparation
Processing conditions: Do not process at temperatures ≤ +5°C.
Preliminary treatment surfaces: First make surfaces dry, clean and free of dust and grease. Sand if necessary.
Tools: Brush, roller or squeegee.

Stir well manually before use until a homogeneous colour is obtained.

layers), with a waiting time of approx. 10 min between layers.
Tip: Use Rubber Seal Textile Tape in combination with Rubber Seal for
bridging cracks, gaps and seams and an easier
layer thickness. Place Rubber Seal Textile Tape immediately after applying
the first layer, press well and immediately cover with the second layer.
Rubber Seal is dust-dry after approx. 3 hours, loadable with (rain) water after 12 hours
and fully cured after 48 hours, depending on applied quantity and
environmental conditions.
Minimum layer thickness: 2 mm.
Consumption: 1.5-2.5 L/m2
Tips: Minimum layer thickness: 2 mm.
Points of attention: Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C. Load-bearing
with (rain) water after 12 hours.
Drying times*
Drying/curing time: approx. Rubber Seal is dust-dry after approx. 3 hours, loadable
with (rain) water after 12 hours and fully cured after 48 hours, depending on application quantity and ambient conditions.
