Product description
High-quality, moisture-resistant (EN 204 D2) white wood glue for indoor
use. Transparent drying. Stronger than wood. For gluing and
lamination of almost all hard, soft and exotic types of wood.

Preparation
Processing conditions: The temperature of the environment, the
adhesive and the materials to be bonded should not be lower than +5°C. Relative
humidity of maximum 65%. Wood humidity between 8%
and 12%.
Surface requirements: The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry and
be dust-free. Ensure a well-fitting joint.
Pre-treatment surfaces: Degrease oily wood with
'Thinner for Bison Kit®' or Thinner.
Tools: Fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm), brush or roller, clamp or press.
Processing
Dilute: If necessary, dilute with water to original viscosity.

Consumption: 2-4 m²/kg, applied on both sides, depending on the nature of the
materials.
Instructions for use:
Apply the adhesive with a brush or other tool evenly, thinly to one or
both parts. Allow to penetrate for a few minutes, then bond the parts
together and clamp or press for 1-2 hours. The required
pressing pressure is 2-5 kg/cm².
Pressing pressure: 5-10 kg/cm².
Pressing time: 15 minutes (more in case of tension)
Open time: 8 minutes
Stains/Residue: Remove wet adhesive residues immediately with water. Dried
adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
Tips: For water-resistant bonding, use Bison Wood Max® (EN 204
D4).
Storage conditions
Minimum 24 months after production. Opened packaging has a limited
shelf life. Store tightly closed in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
Warranty
Only for manufacturing defects.
Right of return
