Product description
Wood construction adhesive based on unique SMP technology; waterproof (D4 standard)
and stronger than wood. For bonding wood with wood and with almost all
construction materials.

Field of application
For bonding almost all types of wood among themselves and with many other
materials such as metal, stone, concrete or plastics. Particularly suitable for
demanding wood constructions and joints (window frames, doors, boats). Not
suitable for PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) and P.T.F.E.

Tests/standards
Standards: EN 204: Classification of thermoplastic wood adhesives for
nonstructural applications. D4 class: Interior with frequent long-term exposure
to running or condensed water. Exterior exposed to weather but with protection
by an adequate surface coating.

Preparation
Processing conditions: The temperature of the environment, the
adhesive and the materials to be bonded should not be lower than +5°C. Relative
humidity of maximum 65%. Wood humidity between 10%
and 18% (max. 25%).
Surface requirements: The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry
and dust-free. Moisten the side to which no adhesive has been applied with a
moist cloth.
Tools: caulking gun, fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm), brush, roller, clamp or
press.

Processing
Consumption: 200 g/m²
Instructions for use:
Surfaces must be clean, dust- and grease-free. Apply adhesive thinly and directly
from the tube on one side. If required, spread evenly
with a spatula, glue comb or brush. Join parts within 30 minutes after bonding.
join parts together. Press firmly or tap and fix for 6 hours.
Complete curing after 24 hours, depending on the quantity of the applied
adhesive, humidity, temperature and material.
Stains/Residue: Remove adhesive residues immediately after application.

Drying times*
Final strength after: approx. 24 hours. This may vary depending on
conditions, such as temperature and humidity.
