Product description
Extra strong, solvent-free assembly adhesive based on acrylic dispersion.
For fast and rock-solid fixing of wood, plastic, metal, stone,
plaster, tiles and polystyrene foam on porous substrates such as concrete, stone,
plaster, wood and chipboard. Permanently elastic and filling. Nails and
screws are superfluous.

Field of application

• For waterproof (D4) (flat) bonding of
• almost all types of wood (less suitable for
• chemically treated wood) among themselves
• and on many building materials. Applicable
• for non-load-bearing wood constructions.
• Very suitable for less suitable
• joints. Not suitable for PE, PP,
• PTFE and PA (nylon).
• D4: Indoor areas where running water or condensation is regularly present.
• Outdoor areas exposed to weathering, provides effective protection for bonded wood.

Preparation

Processing conditions

The temperature of the environment, the adhesive and the materials to be bonded should not be lower than +5°C. Desirable wood moisture content between 10% and 18% (max. 25%).

Surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free. Roughen non-porous materials.

Processing

Instructions for use

Apply adhesive evenly directly from the tube on both sides (for best results) with a caulking gun. Where necessary, spread evenly with a caulking gun, glue comb, brush or roller. Ensure sufficient layer thickness. Join parts within 5 minutes after bonding and fix for at least 30 minutes. Do not press. If clamped, use limited pressure to prevent too much adhesive being pressed out of the bond.
