The story of Megapro Tools begins with Hermann Fruhm - family man and innovative thinker. In the late 1980s, Hermann spent his days in the factory and when at home, he was always working on practical projects and small renovations for his family. One DIY afternoon, the cap of his multi-bit screwdriver popped off and the loosely stored bits were scattered everywhere.

Staring at the aftermath of the explosion of bits, Hermann knew there had to be a better way and he set out to find a solution. Hermann didn't know how to create and produce prototypes but he used his perseverance and the support of his wife Marilyn to build Megapro Tools from the ground up.

Megapro Tools offers a lifetime warranty on all screwdrivers manufactured in the US and Canada. The 24-in-1 Precision screwdriver has a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty does not apply to the bits. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, product misuse or product modifications. Products should be used safely for their intended purpose.
