When can I expect my order?
An expected delivery time is indicated for each product. We will have at least one copy of the product in our warehouse. If we do not have enough stock to ship your order the same day, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you order multiple products, your order will be dispatched as soon as it is complete. If you choose bank transfer as payment method, this may cause a delay. We therefore advise you to use iDeal to process your order quickly.

What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed on working days before 5pm will be dispatched the same day, if in stock. Usually the order is delivered to you by parcel post (PostNL or DHL) on the first following day.

Can I track my order?
Once we have packed your order and it has been received by PostNL or DHL, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can track your package online.
Can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from our warehouse on Klarinetweg in Middelburg. You can indicate this during the ordering process. You will receive an e-mail when the order is ready for you. Always check with us if someone is present.

Can I cancel my order?

How can I make my complaint?
