Returns / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return products from your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

Should you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full purchase price including the shipping costs. We will not refund the costs of the return shipment.

If you use the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Tape-Deal.com with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Click here to start a return request.

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
