This means the NT116 can be taped under the toughest conditions, on damp surfaces for instance. And it stays in place during rain.
Of course, just like the Nichiban NT1200, the Nichiban NT116 does not leave any adhesive residue when removed, which is up to approximately 3 months and when the tape is not in direct sunlight.
