1) Pull your cable tie around the product or object you want to bind or tie together
2) Put the out-end of the cable tie through the head of the cable tie and pull it as tight as possible by hand.
3) Insert the end of the cable tie into the jaws of the pliers, with the jaws against the head of the cable tie.
4) Squeeze the handle of the cable tie pliers, and keep repeating this until the cable tie is automatically cut by the pliers.
