TD47 Products Shrink Tubing Transparent mostly used when labelling cables, after which a transparent shrink is placed over the label to protect it. Because TD47 Products' Transparent Tubing is Class H-1, there is no adhesive on the inside of the tubing, resulting in a crystal-clear result after shrinking the cable.
TD47 Products' heatshrink tubing is UV-resistant. In addition, they can be processed at temperatures ranging from -55°C degrees Celsius to +105°C degrees Celsius.
TD47 Shrink tubing is supplied in dispenser box. In addition, a separate rack is available for placing 6 dispenser boxes, handy and convenient on your workbench or in your workbus!
By heating the heat shrink tubing with a hot air gun also known as a hair dryer, the tubing shrinks. This happens when a temperature of +70°C is reached, at +100°C you have reached full shrinkage.
When shrinking the heat shrink tubing, it is best to blow the hair dryer or hot air gun gently back and forth. So that no unevenness or black spots appear in the shrink tubing.
