TD47 Products Heat Shrink Tubing H-2(Z) thin wall heat shrink tubing is the most widely used heat shrink tubing, and is used in a wide range of applications. Its low shrink temperature, flexibility and mechanical strength make it widely used in the electronics, communications and automotive industries.
TD47 Products' heatshrink tubing is UV-resistant. In addition, they can be processed at temperatures ranging from -55°C degrees Celsius to +125°C degrees Celsius.
TD47 Shrink tubing is supplied in a dispenser box. There is also a separate rack available for placing 6 dispenser boxes, handy and convenient on your workbench or in your work bus!
By heating the heat shrink tubing with a hot air gun also known as a hair dryer, the tubing shrinks. This happens when a temperature of +70°C is reached, at +100°C you have reached full shrinkage.
When shrinking the heat shrink tubing, it is best to blow the hair dryer or hot air gun gently back and forth. So that no unevenness or black spots appear in the shrink tubing.
